The face: "When I saw the clothes, I decided to give Natalie's lips a soft pop of color to balance the bold hues in the fabrics," says makeup artist Pati Dubroff, who used a sheer wash of pink lipstick and volumizing black mascara to pull together an easily wearable palette. "The makeup is approachable yet polished."

The nails: Manicurist Christina Aviles designed what she calls "mannequin hands" by filing Portman's nails into an elongated curve shape and painting them with a semi-opaque nude-pink polish. "There were a lot of vibrant colors in the clothes, so the manicure needed to complement the wide variety."
