MAKEUP: In a nod to the '60s, makeup artist Jake Bailey applied a thin swipe of black liner along the creases of Perry's lids and a thicker line close to her lashes that extended past the outer corners of her eyes for a catlike effect. "I focused on the eyes and kept the look modern with dewy skin and fresh lips," Bailey says. HAIR: Stylist Chris McMillan went for an undone-bombshell look on Perry. To add mega-volume to the singer's glamorous mane, he misted on root-lifting spray, then back-combed the hair at the crown. NAILS: For crisp, clean tips, manicurist Kimmie Kyees painted Perry's nails with two coats of white gel polish. "It's an easy color to wear because it goes with everything, but it still looks fashionable," Kyees says.
