How-To Do a Cat Eye

Step 1: Apply a thin line of liquid eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible. At this point, the line thickness should be even. When you get to the outer corner of your eye, angle the line up as if you were going to meet the outer edge of your eyebrow. The line should only extend about a 1/4 inch at most.

Step 2: Starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a straight line to meet the end of the winged line. This should create an empty space that you can go back and fill in.
