There are few things more rewarding than starting your own business and watching it actually succeed. And few things more exhausting, as we learned from entrepreneur Sarah Levey, the CEO and co-founder of Y7 Studio yoga (basically, a yoga dance party and the latest obsession of fitness class fanatics), which went from a Brooklyn pop-up to a bi-coastal fitness phenomenon in just three years. "Even when you're launching a wellness business, it's a fight to get sleep," she says. "I was also working a full-time office job in fashion when we thought up Y7, so every spare second was devoted to the startup that first year."
We're sure you can relate, no matter the exact mix of family, work, and world-conquering obligations on your plate. Fortunately, with the right skin care strategies, makeup moves, and healthy lifestyle tweaks, you don't have to look like sleep is a distant memory. Levey showed us how she balances life as an entrepreneur, and New York makeup artist Berta Camal brought out her cleverest morning makeup tips to get you glowing.
