There's nothing we love more than seeing a celebrity take a red carpet risk, and Kerry Washington did exactly that in a Peter Pilotto dress at today's photocall for her new film Django Unchained in Rome. With prints, peplums, and cutouts aplenty, the sculptural piece is getting a lot of attention — not unlike the Tarantino flick itself. (Can you say "Oscars"?) Washington — who also stars in one of TV's most buzzed-about guilty pleasures, Scandal — is a constant contender on our best dressed lists here at Marie Claire, and think that she totally pulls off this tricky frock. We can't wait to see what she decides to wear during awards season!
