Need to Meet: Dreama Walker

The co-star of "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23" dishes on her hidden talent, celebrity crush, and performs an impressive rendition of "Son of a Preacher Man."

You may recognize Dreama Walker from her recurring role on The Good Wife, but we now know her as the girl who can belt out a mean rendition of Dusty Springfield's "Son of a Preacher Man." Thanks to MC interviewer-extraordinaire Sergio Kletnoy, we're developing a soft-spot for the adorable blonde actress, and it's only partly due to her pipes.

Why are we enamored of Walker? It might have a little something to do with her new show, Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, which she describes as "a modern day Odd Couple." On the ABC sitcom Walker plays June, a naïve, Midwestern 20-something whose dreams of New York City bliss are dashed by her roommate, Chloe (Krysten Ritter). From the episodes we've seen so far, June shows unexpected gusto in some pretty iffy situations, winning viewers over to her side. After hearing about the problematic nature of her celebrity crush, her guilty pleasure, and her not-so-hidden talent, we're joining Walker's team too.

Check out a new episode of Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 tonight at 9:30pm ET/PT on ABC.
