Need to Meet: Rita Ora

When it comes to discovering the next big thing in the music world, our own Sergio Kletnoy sure knows how to pick 'em. He recently sat down for a chat with Rita Ora — the 21-year-old British songstress who boasts the bragging rights of being Jay-Z’s latest protégé — and after watching the video of his interview, we can attest that it's nearly impossible not to fall in love with her. Case in point? She serenades us with TLC's classic tune "No Scrubs" — that voice! — and when she's asked why she loves to make music, she replies, "I just wanna put a smile on people's faces, man. That's it!"

The bubbly blonde's new single "How We Do (Party)" has already made a splash, and today the song's music video is making its world premiere. Why not take a little break this afternoon for some day-glo, dancing, and some seriously catchy vocals, right? Watch the full video below!
