He recently sat down for a chat with Rita Ora — the 21-year-old British songstress who boasts the bragging rights of being Jay-Z’s latest protégé — and after watching the video of his interview, we can attest that it's nearly impossible not to fall in love with her. Case in point? She serenades us with TLC's classic tune "No Scrubs" — that voice! — and when she's asked why she loves to make music, she replies, "I just wanna put a smile on people's faces, man. That's it!"
