Have You Had an Alcohol-Infused Snow Cone Yet? [RECIPES]

The taste of summer just got better.

A throwback to your favorite summer childhood staple, these snow cones are a boozy ice-cold treat everyone will remember from your next summer house party or BBQ courtesy of Louis Kerans, lead cocktail craftsman, at Hotel Zaza.

How to Make Crushed Ice

Put a full tray of ice (or 10 ice cubes) into a blender and select the "crushed ice" option. If you don't have that particular speed, you'll need to add a quarter cup of water to help before selecting "blend." Note: the recipe for crushed ice is the same for all four recipes.
