Call it hedonistic environmentalism or simply eco-imbibing. Either way, these conscious cocktails are delicious.
Square One Organic Watermelon Refresher

Ingredients:2 oz. Square One Cucumber
1 oz. Organic Watermelon Juice
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Organic Agave Nectar
5 Sprigs Of Mint
Ice
Directions:
Remove leaves from all but one sprig of mint, reserving that sprig for garnish. Place mint leaves and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker and muddle for 15 seconds. Add ice, watermelon juice and lemon juice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain the liquid into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

Ingredients:3 oz. TRU Organic Lemon Vodka
1 Sliced And Grilled Lemon
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon
1 Tbsp Sugar
Directions:

Ingredients:2.0 oz VeeV Organic Vodka
3 Mint Sprigs
2 Strawberries
2 Lime Wedges
Ginger Ale
Directions:
Muddle 2 slices of lime, 2 strawberries, and 3 mint sprigs in a mixing glass. Add 2.0 oz VeeV Organic Vodka and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour into a glass and top with ginger ale.

Chic Cocktails

Purus Organic Rasputini2 oz. Purus Organic Vodka
1-2 oz. organic raspberries
1 oz. raspberry liqueur
Splash of sour
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into martini glass.

Ingredients:3 oz. TRU Organic Vanilla Vodka
1/4 Ripe Organic Peach, Grilled
1tsp Brown Sugar
Squeeze Of Fresh Organic Lime
Sprig Of Mint
Directions:
Muddle all to release flavor and juice, shake and pour out into rocks glass, garnish with fresh peach slice (optional – top with soda).

Ingredients:10-15 Blueberries
1/2 Fresh Organic Lemon
1-1/2 oz. Of Square One Organic Vodka
1/4 - 1/2 oz. Organic Agave Nectar
2-3 Springs Of Fresh Thyme
Ice
Directions:
In a mixing cup add berries and lemon. Muddle to juice both. Add Square One Organic Vodka, agave nectar and ice. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Take 3 sprigs of thyme and slap it between your palms to release the oils. Place 2 sprigs in bottom of 10-ounce highball glass and fill with ice. Strain the cocktail over ice and put the last thyme sprig and place it in top of cocktail as a garnish. It should stick out a bit like a small straw.
