Why not use that rigorous schedule of holiday cocktailing to fuel up on extra nutrients? We asked the resident nutritionist and the chef/mixologist at Tucson wellness hot spot Miraval for their most healthy - and tasty - concoction. What they served up: the tart, 145-calorie super-antioxidant-infused Mindful Martini.
Shake a quarter-ounce açaí puree (like Sambazon), a half-ounce lime juice, 11/2 ounces orange vodka, and 2 ounces pomegranate juice with ice in a martini shaker. Transfer into glass - and drink to your health.
