Blake Lively's Cover Shoot Style

Few women can pull off short and tight quite like Blake Lively. All taut body and flowing blonde hair, she's every man's dream and the envy of every woman. But Lively's pet Maltipoo, Penny—whom she rarely leaves home without—keeps the sexiness in check. While the minuscule pup is ridiculously adorable, she is, nevertheless, a dog. Her canine instincts must be obeyed. On the set of our cover shoot, the pup marked her territory dangerously close to an ivory Versace gown. (Hey, at least the girl's got great taste.) Beau Ryan Reynolds' mutt, Baxter, was also there. He lazed about while the ladies played dress-up. Lively worked with the MC fashion team to style heavily embellished gowns with glittering Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. And Penny was treated to a new plaid collar fetched especially for the occasion.
