The first day of shooting came with a 5:30 a.m. call time. We ran the wardrobe department out of one room at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, and hair and makeup out of another.
Three days-and a few hundred snaps-later, mission accomplished.
We spent our last night at Verre, Gordon Ramsay’s three-star restaurant at the Hilton Dubai Creek, which offered time to reflect. "Dubai is such a global city-everyone was welcoming," Nicholson adds.
