Coach Kicks Off Summer With a Star-Studded NYC Bash
Ringing in the sizzling season right.
By Lauren Valenti
Summer might still be a few days away, but in our minds, the sizzling season has already kicked off thanks to Coach's annual summer party at the High Line.
It was a scorching New York City night, but energy was still high thanks to a great crowd, which included our May cover girl Kate Mara, Chloë Grace Moretz, Chloë Sevigny, and Keri Russell, as well as a nonpareil music line-up. First came DJ Kayper's fierce set on the one's and two's. She not only kept the crowd grooving under the disco ball-strewn dance floor, but showed off mixing and scratching skills that give DJ Jazzy Jeff a run for his money. Next was a surprise guest performance from De La Soul that left us in a state of pure ecstasy. The legendary rap threesome killed their set, a celebration of their twenty-fifth anniversary, performing classics like "Me Myself and I."
