Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of speaking— nay hangin' —with Cedella Marley to celebrate the launch of her new Marley Apparrel collection.

In between talking personal style and the World Cup, I asked the reggae goddess if she could put together a Father's Day playlist inspired by her father, Bob Marley. She not only shared 10 of her favorite jamrock tracks from her dad, mother, and brothers (plus a Stevie Wonder classic for good measure), but told me exactly why they're near and dear to her heart.

Whether you're seeking solace in "High Tide or Low Tide," or dancing to the Beats Antique remix of "Satisfy My Soul," you and your pops will be chock full of good vibes thanks to these Marley classics.

See the track list, below, and listen to the playlist on Marie Claire's Spotify.

1. High Tide Or Low Tide by Bob Marley & The Wailers

"Growing up in a house with so many brothers and sisters, we were always friends. We could always tell each other exactly what was on our minds. It always came from a place of love. That's why that song is important to me."

2. Pass It On by Bob Marley & The Wailers

"One of dad's best songs. Be not selfish in your doings, pass it on."

3. Lighthouse by Ziggy Marley

"I told my brother, 'Ziggy, that's a song that a lot of people are going to get married to and you will hear a lot of people playing it at their funeral.' You can take it any which way. I'll be the lighthouse there to guide you — let you know that everything is going to be alright.'"

4. Satisfy My Soul (Beats Antique Remix) by Bob Marley & The Wailers

"This is just awesome. I wake up to it every morning."

5. Easy Sailing by Rita Marley

"This song by mom says, 'Don't worry.' As long as you have family, everything is alright."

6. Master Blaster (Jammin') by Stevie Wonder

"I just love Stevie. I also love the cover that my brothers did of this song."

7. Set Up Shop by Damian Marley

"Because it's important to have your own business [Laughs]."

8. Boom Draw by Julian Marley

"You need to have a boom draw every once and a while!"

9. Rasta Love by Protoje ft. Ky-Mani Marley

"This is just a beautiful love song."

10. Hey Baby by Stephen Marley and Mos Def

"I love singing the hook, 'Hey baby don't you worry, even if the road is rock, I'll be coming home to you again.'"
