You might be wondering what the debate over equal pay has to do with eccentric dance moves, but it turns out that amazing things happen when the two are combined.

Earlier this month, Jimmy Fallon wondered how New Yorkers felt about Senate Republicans striking down the Paycheck Fairness Act, but wanted respondents to really express their answers.

As you might expect, the results were enthralling. The only way this video could be any better was if it featured more women because, you know, equality.
