Her name is synonymous with one of the world's most popular high-end brands, but there is much more to Victoria Beckham than overseeing a global fashion empire; like being a devoted wife to David Beckham and hands-on parent to their children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
In a new interview with the The Telegraph, the designer explains the struggle of maintaining a successful and fulfilling career along with a happy home life—and how her kids, along with her husband, help her keep both in tact.
"I don't really go away that much," Victoria says when asked about the work and family life balance. "David and I work it out so that so that we're not away at the same time, so that one of us is always there."
For the busy Brit (who travels the world flying between the 31 countries that house her retail boutiques), the couple's rule has served beneficial. So much, in fact, that the well-adapted Beckham brood is more than encouraging of mom being a boss lady—no matter how demanding her schedule may be.
"They're really supportive of what I do," the former Spice Girl insists. "It's a juggling act, but we have great people around to make sure it all works."
But if the day ever comes when the 41-year-old must choose between being Victoria Beckham the NYFW favorite or Victoria Beckham the loving mother-of-four, something tells us she'd easily go for the latter...
