Last night, Adam Driver hosted the first Saturday Night Live episode of 2016. The Star Wars actor took a break from playing the villain to show off his fairytale charm and singing skills as Aladdin. With Cecily Strong as Jasmine, the two fly high on a romantic magic carpet ride—except things quickly unravel. Between a collision with a bird (feathers in the mouth are not cute), a rogue bomb ("We must be over Syria!"), and getting soaked with plane bathroom waste, the date goes from soaring to tumbling and free-wheeling back down to earth.
