Earlier this week Justin Bieber announced in an Instagram post that he's canceling all of the the meet and greets during his Purpose tour. In the post the singer said, "I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy."

Bieber apologized in the post, but that doesn't mean he's giving fans their money back. The "Sorry" singer's management announced that fans cannot receive a refund for the canceled meet and greets unless they also give up their tickets to the concert. That's a whopping $2,000 to not meet Justin Bieber. Despite several upset fans reacting online, the star and his management team have yet to respond.
