Katy Perry is in Paris for Couture Fashion Week and she's been taking in all the sights. The best sight by far? Céline Dion posing for a photoshoot on a balcony.

The iconic "My Heart Will Go On" singer is also in Paris for Fashion Week, obviously.

Katy spotted Céline draping her leg over a balcony and generally being the queen that she is. Luckily, she also took video of the amazing sighting and posted in on her Instagram story for us all to enjoy.
