Just one day after Taylor Swift won her sexual assault lawsuit against former radio host David Mueller, Lady Gaga will now reportedly testify in Dr. Luke's ongoing defamation case against Kesha.

In July, Dr. Luke officially subpoenaed Lady Gaga for deposition regarding alleged texts that Kesha sent her accusing him of rape in 2013, in which the singer reportedly describes the producer as having allegedly drugged and raped her.

E! News reports that lawyers for Gaga have now agreed to hand over text messages related to the lawsuit, according to court documents filed Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, with Gaga agreeing to appear for deposition in September and to "produce unredacted copies of certain of the documents that were previously produced in redacted form."

The singer was initially subpoenaed because "Dr. Luke's counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga," Dr. Luke's lawyers said in a statement,Variety reports.

However, Lady Gaga's representatives claimed: "Dr. Luke's team is attempting to manipulate the truth and draw press attention to their case by exaggerating Lady Gaga's role and falsely accusing her of dodging reasonable requests."

Lady Gaga has been vocal about the case, in which Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke, claiming sexual assault and battery.

According to the New York Times, Dr. Luke will likely profit from Kesha's new album Rainbow released earlier this month.

Gaga's involvement in the case follows Taylor Swift's legal victory earlier this week, in which the jury ruled in favor of the 27-year-old's countersuit, forcing Mueller to pay Swift a symbolic $1, CNN reports.

In a statement about the case, Swift's attorney, Doug Baldridge, said the ruling was "not just a win" but "something that can make a difference."
