Britney Spears offered a glimpse at how her two teenage sons, Sean Preston, 15, and Jayden James Federline, 14, are growing up. Yesterday, the pop star took to Instagram to share a rare family photo featuring her and her two sons, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. In the image, Spears poses in between her guys while out on what appears to be a hike together. Dressed casually for the family portrait, Spears is wearing a gray V-neck T-shirt, baby-pink athletic shorts, sneakers, and sunglasses. And all three are wearing protective face masks while out and about, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
"It's so crazy how time flies ....," wrote Spears in her caption. "My boys are so big now 👩👦👦 !!!! I know … I know … it's very hard for any mama especially a mama with boys seeing them grow up so fast !!!! Talk about enough to make you go to your knees ... GEEZ !!!! I'm extremely lucky because my two babies are such gentleman and so kind that I must have done something right 🙊."

The singer continued talking up her sons, while also explaining why she hasn't posted any photos of them on social media recently.
"I haven't posted pictures of them for some time cause they're at the age where they want to express their own identities and I totally get it .... But I went out of my way to make this cool edit 🌅 and guess what .... They're finally letting me post it !!!" shared Spears. "Now I don't feel left out anymore 😂😂😂 and I'm gonna go celebrate .... Oh shit I guess cool moms don't do that ... Ok I'll just read a book instead 🤷🏼♀️📚🤣 !!!!"
