On one of the biggest nights in fashion, I met up with Oh Land, a Danish singer-songwriter, before she was to attend the MET Costume Institute Gala honoring Alexander McQueen as Phillip Lim's guest in a custom-made 3.1 Phillip Lim dress — yes, that the dress she's wearing in the interview. Oh Land, or Nanna, as her family calls her, was preparing for the event at the Carlyle Hotel in New York City, and I was lucky enough to spend some time with her to talk about her passion for music, her teen years spent as a professional ballet dancer for the Royal Danish and Royal Swedish ballet schools, and her dreamy fashion style.
