Miley Cyrus ended her Miley Week residency at the Tonight Show last night with a spectacular Lip Sync Battle against host Jimmy Fallon. And while Fallon was cute with his America's Got Talent Darci Lynne-inspired ventriloquy, Cyrus did him one better by coming out and showing him just another perk of doing all her Ashtanga yoga: her insane flexibility. Cyrus performed Portugal. The Man's "Feel It Still," where she added in effortless complete splits and a high kick that will make your jaw drop. Fallon could barely handle it:

"My dad has always told me, ‘Life is a series of adjustments, and the best are the people that can adjust, the people that can fall and get right back up again,’" she mused. "And that’s what we did this week. Not be aloof to life. There’s a lot going on, and we have to be more active."

"I feel like we’ve got to make the world a better place in so many ways," she finished. "We’ve got to make people laugh; we’ve also got to make people cry; and we’ve got to do everything that I would want to do on a Miley Week, and it was just the best time."
