We've been all about the rocker chic look this season, and have worn our leather pants and moto-jackets as often as is socially acceptable. We've been blasting Janis Joplin on-repeat and have been counting down the days until we hit music festival season with as much excitement as Woodstock.
Needless to say, we're pretty pumped about the latest Gap collaboration, featuring two limited edition Jimi Hendrix cotton tees in honor of what would have been the late-and-great guitarist's 70th birthday. The shirts are literally perfect for any music (or vintage) buff, featuring art from Hendrix's soon to be released album of studio recordings, People, Hell and Angels.
Head to the Gap 1969 store in New York on March 5 for a special pre-launch of the tees, where you could win one of two Fender guitars. The shirts, selling for $29.95, will launch online at Gap.com on March 5, and in stores March 15.
Rock on, ladies.
