Update 4/16: It's really that color, you guys. Posting a photo to Snapchat, the actor showed off his hair hue—and we're counting down the days 'til we get to see the Joker in full attire.

Update 4/10: Green? Yes, green. The actor has apparently fully transformed for his role as Joker in Suicide Squad, with the director posting this sneak peek.

Captioning it: "#WhereIsJared #SuicideSquad", the director placated fans who—after he posted a pic of the cast at a reading without Jared—inundated his feed with questions about the location of the actor. It's okay you guys, we'll get to see him in all his Joker-glory soon.

Update 3/5: Leto is now a blonde. A BLONDE. See:

The actor debuted his new 'do during Paris Fashion Week at the Balmain show. Interestingly enough, there was another new blonde in attendance: Kim Kardashian. Two blondes, one show, big changes. We can't wait to see who takes the bleach route next.

Original story, 3/2: Jared Leto will no longer be reminiscent of Jesus. The 43-year-old actor took a serious step towards fulfilling his role as the Joker in David Ayer's Suicide Squad today, cutting off those gorgeous, flowing locks that put "man bun" into our vocab.

And the cut is happening now. Like, right now. Right as I type this.

Take a look:

What will the cut be like? What will he look like? You guys, I don't know! Stay tuned for hair updates, because that hair deserves all the attention we can give it. RIP.

UPDATE: We have achieved full hair cut status. Kinda hard to see since he's covering it with his hand (thanks, JL), but damn does he look good.
