Enter mane master Adir Abergel, whose wizardry is exactly what makes him one of Marie Claire's inaugural class of Image Makers award-winners. We're honoring him and five other behind-the-scenes powerhouses on January 12 in Los Angeles, right after they've flexed their muscles at the Golden Globes.
