Khloé Kardashian is well on her way to becoming a fitness guru thanks to a new makeover show on E! and more gym selfies than we can count, but diet also plays a role in her body transformation. The entrepreneur/author says she lost 11 pounds just by giving up cheese. (Otherwise known as the main ingredient in pizza, AKA mankind's most important food group.)
"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference," Khloé says. "In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind."
As thrilled as we are for Khloé, let's all pretend this interview never happened and get back to eating pasta out of a cheese wheel à la Chrissy Teigen, shall we?
