All the aloe in the world wouldn't be enough for that burn.

Indisputable Best Reaction winner Gabrielle Union has slid into the multi-car pileup that is the fallout from Stacey Dash's troll-y sound bite about abolishing Black History Month and BET, and AHHHHH! Is that a gasoline inferno?

It is.

"Who's Stacey Dash? Is she like related to Dame Dash? Was she on Roc-A-Fella?" said Union at Sundance Film Festival, where her wave-making film The Birth of a Nation showed. "I heard of a crazy lady once, maybe last week. But I don't know what her name is."

Union soon got down to business, though, educating Dash on institutional racism and exclusion: "It's why there's a need for the Country Music Awards and the ALMA Awards...if you don't see yourself reflected in mainstream awards, you tend to create your own." And *that's* how it's done.
