George and Amal Clooney are expecting twin babies—and considering they currently spend their time traveling the world as professional do-gooders (reminder: Amal is a human rights attorney who's gone up against ISIS), they'll be making some major life changes. Starting with their travel plans.
"We decided to be much more responsible, to avoid the danger," Clooney said in a recent interview. "I won't go to South Sudan anymore or the Congo, Amal will no longer go to Iraq and she'll avoid places where she knows she isn't welcome."
That said, the couple will continue to spend time abroad once their children are born—specifically in Italy (where George owns a home) and England. "We have the chance to live between three countries: Italy, America, and England," he said. "But as soon as the children go to school, it'll be necessary to choose where to settle. In the meantime, we will continue to move according to our respective schedules."
You can definitely expect the pair to travel in tandem, as George noted that they're rarely apart: "People think we are never together, but we have not been separated for more than a week."
Aww, these two 😊.
