Wimbledon is upon us, which means it's time to watch tennis. Or, if we're being honest, watch celebrities watching tennis—specifically Kate Middleton. The Duchess arrived for her first match of the year on July 3, wearing a lovely polka dot dress by Dolce & Gabbana.

If the dress looks familiar, it's probably because Princess Diana wore an almost identical one to the Royal Ascot in 1988.

While at Wimbledon, Kate did her princess-ly duty and made the social rounds, and was then introduced to Australian tennis player Dominic Thiem—who caused her to fly into what The Daily Mail describes as "fits of giggles."

It's also worth noting that Kate was sporting a new shorter cut, presumably—to quote Demi Lovato—in an attempt to keep cool for the summer.

BRB, screen grabbing and heading to the hair dresser ASAP.
