Get excited! Lena Dunham's highly anticipated new book has a cover and publish date, according to the Girls creator's latest Instagram post. The book will be released on October 7, 2014. For those who have been following Dunham's reported $3.7 million book deal, you might have read her 60-page book proposal when it was leaked by Gawker last year. The Girls star wrote that she was inspired by Having It All, a book by Cosmopolitan magazine's founder Helen Gurley Brown.

The book will be reportedly comprised of a collection of essays about love, sex, friendship, and more. The essays will be presented as an advice book. So just in case you don't have enough Dunhamisms in your life, hundreds of pages are coming your way soon.
