Emilia Clarke Wants Daenerys to Have a Lesbian Relationship on 'Game of Thrones'

"Bring on the ladies."

If you thought there were some sparks flying between Dany and Yara on the latest episode of Game of Thrones, you weren't the only one. Ever since the two met in Meereen—which is no longer under siege thanks to some rather useful dragons—fans have been debating whether or not Dany and Yara could become the show's next power couple.

Well, now Clarke herself has confirmed that it's not all in your head. That scene was meant to have a little subtext, and while she didn't give away any spoilers, she did tease that she's not at all opposed to taking things up a notch.

"There's mild flirtation, which is exciting to say the least," she said in an HBO behind-the-scenes video. "I mean, get rid of Daario, bring on the girls."

It's about time. The show has been heading that direction all season.
