In The Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, all was being tied up nicely—Lorelai and her longtime love Luke finally got wed, and Rory was going to write a book about her and her mother's lives.
Then came those last four words.
While the father wasn't revealed, the internet quickly speculated that Rory would follow in the footsteps of her biggest role model, her mom. Jesse = Luke and Logan = Christopher.
But now, Netflix tweeted this:

This tweet is of course referring to April's science fair experiment that led her to discover that her dad was Luke.
The only positive I can take from this is that Netflix are planning another revival. Otherwise why would they be taunting us like this?
