Unveiled by Entertainment Weekly, going from left to right, the promotional image features Kate Rockwell as Karen Smith (Amanda Seyfried's role in the movie), Taylor Louderman as leader Regina George (Rachel McAdams' character), and Ashley Park as Gretchen Wieners (Lacey Chabert's role).

The musical—also written by the film's screenwriter Tina Fey and her husband Jeff Richmond—is first heading to Washington D.C.'s National Theatre for a test run October 31 to December 3, before moving to Broadway.

Speaking about the new Plastics, Fey told EW: "Taylor Louderman not only has this giant voice and great comic timing, but she instinctively understood the idea of Regina George, that there's power in making people come to you...Kate Rockwell so quickly found the zone of the sweetness that's at the core of Karen. And Ashley has this incredible, beautiful voice, but also this nice timing and this fragility of Gretchen, because Gretchen's, like… just barely hanging on to her status and her sanity."

Legally Blonde's Nell Benjamin has written the score with Richmond, and The Book of Mormon's Casey Nicholaw is directing.

Don't know about you, but we've got a good feeling about this one.
