Four Spice Girls demos from the group's Forever recording sessions have appeared online, so cancel all your plans for today and instead, let's all come up with accompanying dance moves. They have to be as good as the "Stop" routine though, OK?

The leaked tracks didn't make it onto the group's third and final album Forever, even though all four are much better than "Right Back At Ya," for example. Listen to them all below, and revel in the #memories:
