Rory. Lorelai. You. It's the formula for your ideal night on the couch, and any of you who disagree are lying. Which is why we are pleased to tell you that you're about to get lots more Gilmore Girls, and not just through your binge-y re-runs—you're about to get *new* Gilmore Girls. NEW, PEOPLE.

According to Variety, Netflix is working on a revival of the beloved show. It won't be a show of its own, per se—instead, they're planning four hour-and-a-half-long movies. No word yet on whether the original cast will return, but Amy Sherman-Palladino's on board, so we have high hopes. And a date with the couch, junk food, and alcohol, just like the Gilmore girls taught us.
