Mexico was my inspiration," said designer Carin Rodebjer of her Spring/Summer 2014 show. Focused on a monochrome palette of black and white with pops of pastel orange and flashes of irridescent green, the look—which was completed with multi-strap flats—carried a cool, downtown New York vibe. "I was inspired by the artist Eileen Gray, and wanted to create something that was very organic and showed freedom of the mind and body," explained Rodebjer. Our favorite touch was the double-sided sequins, which could be flipped to either a matte black or iridescent green side.
