Marios Schwab was one of several designer's to show off their Spring/Summer 2014 collections at the Topshop space in London's Regent's Park. Schwab's show, although starting a bit late to the editor's dismay, was one of the highlights of the day. The designer cleverly used oversized, copper staples to tack the seams of his predominately black, white and denim collection. Noteworthy techniques include Schwab's use of denim frays, beading and spray paint streaks to mimic the curves of the female figure as well as hole caning as a textile. Intelligently enough, Schwab stuck to clean knee and floor length silhouettes to emphasize the creativity of his embellishments giving his madams a innovative yet very wearable collection.
