On day two of Milan fashion week, Max Mara kicked off the morning with monochrome & neo-minimal elegance from top to bottom. Max Mara has always been known for their oversized sleek yet masculine shapes and for their Spring/summer 2014 collection, the Italian brand continued to spotlight their staple tailored coats but this season alongside hooded capes and slip dresses. Max Mara is also playing into the very short hemline trend with micro playsuits in raw linen and leather. The Italian brand inspired by the streets of New York exhibited the majority of their collection in earth tone and cement hues alongside lilac gem tones of turquoise, lapis, mauve and poppy red providing a very wearable collection for the classic lady.
