The 6 Things You Need to Know From New York Fashion Week: Day 2

All the prettiest moments!

The models at Kate Spade's color-packed Fall/Winter 2014 presentation had on some serious dancing shoes.

Jason Wu's stunning collection featured incredibly luxe velvet, heavy silks, fur, and the most fantastic menswear-inspired trousers all in traditional fall neutrals.

We love a killer soundtrack, and at Misha Nonoo's show tracks like Bastille's "Of The Night," Prince Innocence's "Golden Hour," and Desire's "Under Your Spell" put us in the party mood. And on the fashion side, we were head over heels (literally!), for the adorable pop socks and heels moment.

Nicole Miller was all about the luxe Amazonian hair. Ribbons meets a deconstructed braid? We're into it.

MC's social editor Hallie Gould said of the collection, "I cannot get enough of neutrals and pastels this season. Rebecca Minkoff is my soul sister!"

As if there was any doubt, the Rag & Bone threads sent down the runway were stellar. So cool, so edgy, and WE NEED THIS COAT.
