Head in the Clouds

Head in the Clouds

The drizzly, dreary weather here in NYC could stand to improve, but Giles' Fall 2011 jewelry collection is proof that not all things overcast should be avoided. Deacon, who juggles his namesake ready-to-wear line with a creative director title at Emanuel Ungaro and collaboration duties at the UK-based store New Look, selected clouds as his primary motif this season.

Retailing from $250 to $650, "The Angry Clouds" follows Giles' successful spring range of baubles, which featured furrier critters like Gremlins' Gizmo and is currently available at 10 Corso Como. Cast in a mix of dark gold and black enamel and studded with Swarovski crystals, the cumulus-shaped rings, pendants, and bangles are sure to take customers by, ahem, storm the instant they hit stores.
