On Tuesday night, celebs aplenty turned up at the White Fairy Tale Love Ball in Paris, a charity gala hosted by Valentino Garavani and supermodel Natalia Vodianova.

Looking like porcelain-skinned royalty (fitting, considering we've watched The Princess Diaries more times than we'd care to disclose), Anne Hathaway stunned in a couture creation from Valentino's Spring 2006 collection.
