Fashion Month doesn't officially begin for another three weeks, but between yesterday's inaugural celebrations — how gorgeous was Michelle Obama's ruby-red Jason Wu gown? — and the couture shows going on in Paris, there's already plenty of excitement brewing on the style front. This morning at the Grand Palais in Paris, Karl Lagerfeld presented his Spring 2013 Chanel couture collection, complete with enough trees shipped in to turn the venue into a veritable forest, as well as a celebrity-filled front row. One of our favorite style icons, Diane Kruger, gets our vote for best dressed in her Parisian-inspired look: A classic Chanel tweed dress with a Peter Pan collar, paired with an adorable beret and barely-there makeup. We don't think that many other ladies could pull off this look without looking too much like a Parisian schoolgirl, but as per usual, Diane made it work. When in France, right?
