Jil Sander will exit her eponymous brand for the third time, Women's Wear Daily reported on Thursday. Citing personal reasons, the house told WWD that the brand's Fall 2014 collection will be designed by the in-house team, making its Spring 2014 collection Sander's last.
Sander founded the German house of fashion in 1968. After a brief stint in 2003, she returned once again after longtime creative director Raf Simons exited in 2012 to take over Dior. It's unclear who will replace Sander now that she's leaving once again. Chief executive Alessandro Cremonesi told WWD, "On behalf of the group I want to thank Jil Sander for her remarkable contribution to the brand over this period."
