Keep a shopping bag with key pieces under your desk for quick but effective changes. "Trade your neutral day shoe for a brightly colored or leopard-print one," they advise. And ditch your blazer for a sequined cardigan with a metallic clutch. Easley's favorite day look is a long sleeveless vest over tailored pants. Smart in the boardroom — but when cinched with a patent belt, it becomes a genius cocktail dress (lose the pants, of course). Jewelry is also a no-fail look-shifter. "Do dangly earrings, a bold cuff, or a chunky cocktail ring," adds Buccini. "Just not all three together! Add a silky studded clutch and red lips, and you've got that Kirsten Dunst in Marie Antoinette thing down."
