When the opportunity came for me to do a shopping guide video in Dublin I was a bit hesitant at first. I love Ireland—the rolling green hills, friendly people, great music, Guinness...but shopping? However, the more research I did (especially when I learned that Kildare Village shopping outlets were less than one hour from the city) I decided to go for it!
As you probably know by now, I am a total shopping challenge junkie, and I am thrilled I made the decision to go! Not only did I discover some really cool little boutiques with owners that were so charming and knowledgeable, I found incredible deals at Kildare Village outlets that put me way ahead on my holiday shopping list. Okay, and I also bought a few gifts for myself. Why not? I deserve it!

A contemporary hotel designed by Terrance Conran. It has a great location directly across from St.Stephens Green and one block away from Grafton Street (pedestrian only filled with fun shops and cafes). Insider tip: Ask for the attic room with the rooftop terrace that overlooks St. Stephan’s Green—incredible!
