Elysia Mann is a junior at Penn State majoring in Marketing. She is the acting web and fashion editor for Valley magazine and has her own fashion blog, FashionFille. Mann is a social media whiz, having interned at Fashionista.com, Alloy.com, and Teen.com, and at Style Coalition where she manages media strategy.

Eclectic, edgy, and fully accessorized

Who is your favorite designer?
Catherine Malandrino

What are your favorite stores?
Catherine Malandrino, Jeffrey, and vintage and consignment stores because you can find real treasures there. I also non-stop shop at Amazon.com and constantly have a full virtual cart.

What item on your shopping list is a necessary splurge?
Embroidered, aged, black goat leather Mexicana boots from Browns--they're pretty amazing.

What is the biggest fashion trend at your school?
I think crop tops in florals and neons, and mid-rise, denim micro-shorts will be huge this summer and fall at my college. It's '70s-meets-frat-day-longs.

What student organizations are you involved in?
I'm the web editor and the fashion editor for Valley Magazine, the Fashion Show captain for Penn State Homecoming, and am a TEDxPSU Evangelist.
