1 Sparkling Blood Orange Cocktail

Ingredients (makes 8 drinks):

¼ cup crème de cassis

1 ½ cups strained fresh blood orange juice

1 750-ml bottle chilled sparking white wine

8 blood orange slices

Directions:

Start with 1 1/2 teaspoons crème de cassis. Add 3 tablespoons juice to each glass. Fill each glass with sparkling white wine, then stir gently. Garnish cocktails with slices of blood orange.

2 Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients:

3 chunks of fresh watermelon (1 inch each)

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

1 tsp white granulated sugar

4-5 mint leaves

4 oz Moët Brut Imperial

Directions:

In a Collins or highball glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice, sugar, and watermelon. Add ice and complete with Moët Imperial. Garnish with 2 small watermelon dices in a pick and a mint sprig.

3 Frosé

Ingredients:

1 scoop sorbet

Sparkling rosé

Fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

Directions:

Scoop sorbet into coupe glass. Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with fresh berries.

4 Raspberry 75

Directions:

4 fresh raspberries

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)

1 oz Belvedere vodka

3 oz Moët Brut Imperial

Ingredients:

Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, except the champagne, and shake. Strain into a champagne flute champagne glass and top with Moët Brut Imperial.

5 New York Sour

Ingredients:

1.5 oz bourbon (try: Larceny)

3/4 oz simple syrup

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

2 oz tempranillo wine

Directions:

Shake the bourbon, simple, and lemon juice then strain over ice in a rocks glass. Slowly pour the 2 oz of Tempranillo on top as a float.

6 The Mark Collins

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Gin

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1.5 oz Verdejo

Club Soda (to pour on top)

Directions:

Shake all ingredients except the club soda and strain over ice into a Collins glass. Pour club soda to fill to top and garnish with an orange peel.
