Pro tips on using that foam doughnut in your hair.

Share

Step 1. Start with brushed back hair.

Step 2. Next, create a high ponytail ensuring the hair is smoothed back.

Step 3.  Place your doughnut onto your ponytail. Note: There are several sizes of doughnut forms. For those with fine hair, choose a smaller form.

Step 4 . Loosely twist your hair around the doughnut form. You may have to wrap the form several times depending on the length of your hair.

Step 5. Secure the knot in place with several bobby pins. You can push the pins directly into the doughnut form.

Step 6. Gently pull the hair covering any places you can on the form.

Step 7. Now, carefully pull the front pieces of hair forward to create volume .

Step 8. Pull two small pieces of hair out from around your temples to create an more undone look.
