FIRST LADY OF MAKEUP: Mally Roncal
WHERE YOU'LL SPOT HER: On QVC pitching her Mally Beauty makeup.
HER FIRST FORAY INTO MAKEUP: "When I was in sixth grade, my mother took me to Saks for a makeover. After that, I wore makeup every day — and offered to do everyone else's, too."
WHAT MAKES HER MAD: "I hate when people say beauty is frivolous. I do makeup because there is no greater high than helping a woman look in the mirror and love herself."
TO LOOK LIKE A RONCAL CLIENT:
*Go easy. Roncal believes that you don't need the whole base-to-lip-liner routine. In fact, the first time Roncal worked with Beyonce, she finished her makeup in just 15 minutes. "I just couldn't bring myself to put foundation on her flawless skin," says Roncal.
* But have fun. "You can play with color and still be finished in minutes: Green shadow and pink lipstick don't take longer to apply than nudes!"
